To choose your labradorite bracelet well, the number one criterion is the quality of its reflections. A well-made labradorite shows distinct blue, green, or golden flashes, visible even in indoor light. Beads with no reflections are of inferior quality: at La Boîte à Cailloux, we systematically reject them. As for size, 6 mm beads are suitable for a discreet and light look, while 8 to 10 mm beads offer more spectacular reflections and greater contact with the skin.
To care for your labradorite bracelet, rinse it under clear water once or twice a month. Recharge it in moonlight or place it on a clear quartz cluster for a few hours. Labradorite has a hardness of 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale: it is a little more susceptible to impact than quartz, so avoid knocking it against hard surfaces. Remove your bracelet before showering to preserve the elastic and the stone.
All our labradorite bracelets are strung on strong elastic thread and come with care instructions. Fast delivery, selected natural stones, and a gift pouch available to offer a protective piece of jewelry.
