What are the delivery times?
Deliveries are made within 48/72 hours in Metropolitan France by Colissimo. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the French Overseas Territories and abroad.
You also have the option of having your order delivered to a collection point via Mondial Relay. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
You have several options for paying for your purchases:
Payment by bank card through our partners SHOP PAY or PayPal, payment by PayPal account, by check or by bank transfer.
For payments by check or bank transfer, shipping is carried out after receipt of payment and cashing of the check.
What happens if my bracelet breaks?
It may happen that the elastic thread breaks over time or after too much thread tension.
Don't panic!
During the entire warranty period of the bracelet (2 years), simply contact us and ask for a repair kit.
It will be sent to you at our expense.
Outside of the warranty period, you will simply need to purchase elastic thread and you will be able to easily reconstruct your bracelet.
When will I receive my order?
Products are shipped within 24/48 hours.
Postal delivery times vary depending on the region and territory: 24 hours for Paris and the Paris region, 48 to 72 hours for Metropolitan France and 5 to 7 working days for the entire world.
Are the stones real natural stones?
We only sell natural stone products on our site.
To check the veracity of the stones, there are some tips:
- The first is to soak your jewelry in water for a few hours and check that the water doesn't discolor. Be careful, for some stones like shungite, the black deposit is a natural phenomenon due to its composition. Also, avoid soaking angelite and malachite, which don't like water.
- The second is to heat a fairly fine needle and try to pierce the stone. If the needle does not penetrate or the stone has not blackened, it can be considered a real stone.
- The third is to find your stone on the Mhos scale and see if it is stronger than materials that are supposed to be less resistant than it.
Please note that we will not be able to provide refunds in the event of damage following these tests.
What does Grade A, AA etc. mean?
The stones are classified according to their quality. We have established the following classification:
- B = average quality
- AB = standard quality
- A = good quality
- A+ = high quality
- AA = very high quality
- AA+ = excellent quality
- AAA = extra quality (best possible quality)
Do you issue certificates of authenticity?
Certificates of authenticity, to have any value, can only be issued by an independent gemological laboratory.
We are not authorized to perform this type of testing. However, all of our stone suppliers do.
All certificates made by independent sellers are fake if they do not come from an independent laboratory.
How can we convert our loyalty points?
You can start converting your loyalty points from 50 points.
Simply click on the "LOYALTY" button located at the bottom left of the site and then click "REDEEM POINTS". Once you have selected the number of points to convert, a discount code is generated which you simply need to copy into the "DISCOUNT CODE" box on the payment page.
