Crushed shungite for water preparation (250g)

Shungite water is healing water and can be used daily to maintain good health. Use:

Place 100/200g of raw shungite stones or chips at the bottom of a glass carafe with one litre of water. (With 250g, you can energize up to 3 litres). Leave the shungite chips in this water for 3 days, then pour the water into another carafe, and your shungite water is ready to be consumed. Then repeat the process. Shungite water can be commonly used as an energy drink, daily, to maintain skin elasticity and tone. Baths with shungite can be very useful for regaining energy and well-being, relieving fatigue, and improving circulation. To prepare a bath, shungite chips are placed in a cloth bag, then the bag is placed in the bathtub for 10 minutes.
