• Colors: It often presents a mixture of greens, browns, reds, whites, grays, and sometimes slightly bluish hues. Its patterns are unique, ranging from marbling to streaks or spots.

• Origin: Mainly extracted in India, hence its name. But it can also be found in other regions of the world.

• Composition: Silicon dioxide (SiO₂)
